At Prana Yoga Studio we help students awaken the mind-body connection through the practice of yoga poses. The poses are taught in a progression, from simple to more complex, as the student is ready. Through practice of the poses, students will see an increase in their strength, flexibility and stamina within a short period of time. As the body becomes stronger and the mind more able to concentrate, a general sense of well-being is felt and Yoga becomes a support for health and vitality in one's life.
Prana Yoga Studio is a nationally recognized Iyengar Yoga studio. Classes are taught by experienced and well-trained teachers. Sandra Stuart, the principal teacher, has over 20 years experience teaching Iyengar Yoga.
