About Prana Yoga Studio
At Prana Yoga Studio we help students awaken the mind-body connection through the practice of yoga poses.
The poses are taught in a progression, from simple to more complex, as the student is ready.
Through practice of the poses, students will see an increase in their strength, flexibility and stamina within a short period of time.
As the body becomes stronger and the mind more able to concentrate, a general sense of well-being is felt and Yoga becomes a support for health and vitality in one’s life.
Sandra Stuart is the principal teacher and founder of Prana Yoga Studio. Sandra has over 25 years experience teaching Iyengar Yoga and has studied with the Iyengar family in India.
