We are pleased to offer Awareness Through Movement® classes at Prana Yoga Studio with Gisele St. Hilaire. Awareness Through Movement® lessons help us become conscious of movement habits that waste precious energy. The lessons help us find ways to move that give way to increased ease and comfort. Most of the lessons are done lying on the mat and have a gentle, mindful quality, though there are challenging moments as we meet our blind spots and learn new strategies for moving within these areas. The lessons honour each individual’s pace and range of motion. Curiosity and a willingness to explore are all that are required. You can learn more about Gisele and her work at her website.
