Make progress each week as you learn to master all the essential foundations of Iyengar Yoga. The Sanskrit names of postures and some basic concepts of yoga philosophy will be introduced.

For students who have previous Iyengar Yoga experience who or have attended a session in the Beginner/Level 1 classes. Sarvangasana (shoulderstand) is introduced and developed. Sanskrit terminology is used, and concepts in yoga philosophy are introduced.
