Iyengar Yoga is an excellent way for expectant mothers to learn how to practice asanas with greater comfort, to make space for the breath, and to promote the circulation to flow more freely.

Attending a weekly class throughout pregnancy is an excellent way to maintain a sense of health and well-being. You will receive personalized support in classes, and develop a connection with your teacher that will last throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
Pregnant women who are new to Iyengar Yoga, and who are experiencing a normal and uncomplicated pregnancy, may begin with weekly classes at the end of the first trimester (week 12), and may continue with classes comfortably up to week 32, and sometimes up to about week 34.

* How This Class Subscription Works:
* While your subscription is active, this pass allows you to attend an All Levels class each week (4 classes per month) in one of the following class times :
Monday: 10:00am | All Levels
Wednesday: 05:45pm | All Levels
Saturday: 10:15am | All Levels
* You are encouraged to attend the same class time each week for consistency and progression.
* Your subscription for weekly classes will automatically renew each month. You may opt out of your subscription if you are close to the end of your 7th month of pregnancy, or at an earlier time as needed. Monthly renewals will automatically end after the fifth renewal cycle.
How Your Class Subscription Works:
* Once activated, your subscription allows you to attend a class once per week in one of the following All Levels classes:
